i loved staff and rooms of this hotel. plenty of supplies in the room: a safe box, a writing table and ironing facilities. my window overlooked ocean. location: the property was really close to cancun, the beach and the ocean.

I had a pleasant overnight time, great value. Unique interior and well-organised rooms. Hotel was spotlessly clean. The staff was mostly pleasant & were happy to help. Centrally positioned in a particularly great area. Outstanding service here.

The hotel area was reasonably clean, the room was fabulous. The view was fascinating, the staff was funny. The furniture was functional. Had hot drinks in the swim-up bar.
Facilities were well kept, but wi-fi was terrible.

The location was very calm and interior of the rooms was superb. The breakfast was outstanding - lots of food. We had a club room with a wonderful view. All the staff was kind, especially members of the lobby staff. Poolside bar and well maintained pool.

Absolutely lovely hotel with good prices and professional staff. Room was cozy and more than adequate, included clean enough bathroom. Superb breakfast, efficient service. The concierge was top! Airport was 21 minutes drive away. Exceptional stay, we were there for 2 days:)))
